Yes, we cater intimate dinner parties for 10 to 50 people.

do you give discounts?

No, we do not give discounts for our chef services.

can I freeze my meals?

Yes, you can freeze most meals. I would shy away from freezing green beans and cabbage.

How long is a chef service visit?

It all depends on which service you are receiving. Personal chef services can range from two to three hours, just depends on meals selected. Cooking lessons are usually three hours. Perfectly portioned meal plans are prepared off site and dropped to your home or office.

how do I pay?

To sign up for personal chef services or cooking lessons, you are required to pay a non-refundable deposit to reserve your date. The balance is due on your service date. If you cancel within 24-hours of your service date, you are responsible for the chef service fee plus any groceries purchased. Private chef service and Intimate dinners are paid based on the details set forth in the service contract.

what are your hours of operation?

We do our best to accommodate the schedule of our clients, therefore, we are open Monday through Friday to schedule personal chef and cooking lesson appointments.

do you have a retail location?

Courtney Cookies is an internet based bakery. We do not have a retail location where you can come inside and select cookies from a case. All orders are baked to ship once an order is received from our website.

what are your hours of operation?

Courtney Cookies is open 24 hours per day, seven days a week to take orders; however we only bake on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, to ensure all orders are delivered in two to three business days. Orders received after 12:00 pm EST will be baked and shipped the next business shipping day.

how much are Courtney cookies?

Our individually wrapped, jumbo cookies range from $35 to $38 per dozen. We also provide party and/or employee appreciation favors. Please contact us to receive a quote for your special event. 

how do I pay?

Courtney Cookies requires payment at the time your order is placed. You can pay online by credit card, Apple Pay or PayPal.

do you use added preservatives?

No! We do not use added preservatives for any of our baked goods. We use only the finest ingredients and we bake each order received from scratch. We mix orders in small batches to ensure the integrity of the flavor.

how long do Courtney cookies stay fresh?

Everything we bake is fresh with no added preservatives. Courtney Cookies stay fresh for up to 12 days, as long as they are stored in an airtight container.

can I freeze Courtney cookies?

Yes! Courtney Cookies can be frozen in a freezer storage bag for up to three months. Simply unthaw to room temperature and enjoy. We do not recommend microwaving to unthaw cookies. Once thawed, store in an airtight container.

do you use nuts in Courtney cookies?

Yes! Courtney Cookies uses pecans, walnuts and peanuts. While we have never had an incident of cross contamination, we recommend that those with nut allergies refrain from consuming our products.

do you decorate your cookies with frosting or make special shapes?

There are only two cookie flavors that we add frosting too - Red velvet and Key Lime. We do not do offer special shaped cookies at this time. 

can my logo be added to your cookie packaging?

Yes! We are happy to include your logo on our favor boxes or the back of the individually wrapped cookies. Minimum order for customized cookie packaging is 10 dozen jumbo cookies. There is a fee charged for each logo you want printed and customized orders require you to prepay based on the quantity ordered. Please contact us by phone 678-644-7015 or send a message via our contact page regarding adding your logo.

where do you ship your cookies?

We ship to all 50 states and to Puerto Rico by FedEx Ground or USPS. In some cases, our customers request overnight shipping, which is an additional fee, paid for by the customer. We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO or FPO addresses.  

how do I track my shipment?

Courtney Cookies will provide you a FedEx or USPS tracking number via email once your order is shipped. The email comes directly from FedEx or USPS and includes your tracking number and scheduled delivery date for your package. Please allow 24 hours to process and ship your order. 

what is your return policy?

We do not accept returns or issue refunds. Once your order leaves our bakery, it is in our carriers hands. Refunds will not be given for shipping delays due to weather conditions, package refusal, or incomplete/incorrect addresses. However, we want all customers to be 100% satisfied with their experience from Courtney Cookies. If for some reason you are unsatisfied, please contact the bakery within 24-hours of receiving your order and we will do our best to address your concern. 

can I ship cookie orders to multiple addresses?

Courtney Cookies ships nationwide and can easily accommodate multiple recipients. At the time of checkout, please select the shipping option and update the quantity for the number of different addresses Courtney Cookies will be shipped. do you give discounts on large orders?

We try to price our gifts as economically as possible, and we think they are very reasonably priced, considering our products are baked to ship, all handmade and hand-packed.
